If you think that one little person can’t make a difference, you are utterly wrong. Learn to become aware of how the way you conduct yourself affects everything around you. Affects other people, our planet, the billions of other species we share this planet with. You are important and EVERYTHING you do has an impact. Do you want to impact positively, or negatively, upon the world? You are an infinite choice-maker and every choice you make has the potential to uplift or destroy. Ask yourself how you can live your life in a way that benefits both you and the world around you.
Be silly. Be serious. Be loud. Be introverted. Be whimsical. Be logical. Just be yourself! Feel what you’re feeling. Say the things you want to say. Do the things you want to do in the way you want to do them. When you are 100% authentically you, you attract your people, you attract all the right opportunities and the things in life you love, not the things you think you should love or that someone has said you should love. You do you, and the world will fall at your feet.
Why do we do the things we do? We want to restore a sense of peace, a sense of balance, a sense of satisfaction. We want to restore our health, our vitality, our happiness. Everything we do is focused on restoration and bringing ourselves back to our natural state. Naturally we are strong, healthy, successful, happy – often we’ve just forgotten who and what we truly are. RE-store. Meaning, it was always there and is already ours, we just have to take hold of it once more. Let everything thing you do bring you back to your centre.
Change is the only constant. Embrace it. To never change is to stagnate. Allow yourself to let go of old patterns, allow yourself to be vulnerable, allow yourself to be open to infinite possibility and allow yourself to say YES. Then, almost without even noticing it, you will be transformed. Transformed in body, transformed in mind, transformed in attitude. That’s where the real magic happens.
Your body is self-healing, but how about your mind? How about your heart? How about your relationships? Do you give yourself the time to heal? Do you give yourself the tools to heal? Are you putting healing or harmful substances into your body? Are you allowing healing or harmful energies into your life? Cultivate an environment conducive to healing and you might just feel better and stronger than you’ve ever thought was possible.
